Program Description

This course will introduce the essential concepts of Lean to help partipants understand what is required for implementing lean systems, and what is needed to get their entire team to work together in support of these plans. They will learn how to understand their systems as a whole; identify their greatest areas of opportunity for improvement; and set effective direction for their entire organization.
